I am excited about the Apricot-Orange preserves, the Lemon Curd, the Peach BBQ Sauce and the Apple-Onion Chutney. I've got some blueberries and currants in the freezer so as soon as I get some raspberries and black berries I'm going to do a batch of mixed berry preserves.
